疏肝和胃法联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的现代临床研究

目的评价中医药化裁方联合西药对慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法将我院消化科门诊收治的中医辨证为肝胃不和型的慢性萎缩性胃炎者,按照完全随机原则分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予单纯西药维酶素片治疗,口服给药,5片/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上,辅以中药方化裁治疗,每日1剂,分早晚服。治疗结束后,比较两组病理指标总积分、主要症状积分及有效率。结果对照组病理指标总积分为(2.85±1.19),治疗组为(1.82±0.92),治疗前后及组间相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组主要症状总积分为(2.66±1.21),治疗组为(1.73±1.03),治疗前后及组间相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组总有效率为92.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西药联合治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎可有效改善患者的病理指标和中医症状,明显提高临床疗效和有效率,在本病的治疗上凸显了一定优势,值得在临床推广。

Modern Clinical Research of TCM Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi for Regulating Stomach Method combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating stomach method combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis ( CAG) .Methods CAG patients from our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 40 cases.The control group was given Vitacoenzyme tablets, 5 pieces each time, 3 times a day.On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given TCM dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating stomach, daily one dose which was taken in morning and evening.After treatment, the pathological indicators, main symptoms and the total effective rate were compared.Results The total score of the control group in pathological indicators was 2.85 ±1.19, the total score of treatment group in pathological indicators was 1.82 ±0.92, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total score of the control group in main symptoms improvement was 2.66 ±1.21, the total score of the treatment group in main symptoms improvement was 1.73 ±1.03, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 80 .00%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92 .50%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of CAG improve the pathological indicators, main symptoms, clinical effect and total effective rate.It had certain advantage on the treatment of this disease, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
