人工关节置换术联合中药治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的临床研究

目的探讨人工关节置换术联合中药治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的临床效果。方法收集2010年4月—2014年3月在我院骨科住院治疗的老年股骨粗隆骨折患者100例。采用抽签法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组在手术前后未给予中药治疗,试验组在术前1周及术后给予中药治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及术后创口愈合时间、住院时间及术后至负重的时间。结果试验组患者的创口愈合时间、术后至负重时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P0.05)。试验组痊愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论对老年股骨粗隆间新鲜骨折患者,行人工关节置换术前后口服健脾益肾化瘀的中药汤剂治疗,明显提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study of Artificial Joint Replacement combined with Chinese Medicine in Treating Senile Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial joint replacement combined with Chinese medicine in treating senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture .Methods 100 cases of senile patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2014 were collected.They were divided into experimental group and control group , and there were 50 patients in each group. The control group wasn ’ t treated with Chinese medicine before and after operation .The experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine at 1 week before operation and after operation .The clinical effect , postoperative wound healing time , hospitalization time and operation to the loading time were compared between the two groups .Results The wound healing time , postoperative to load time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The cure rate and the total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with fresh femoral intertrochanteric fracture , before and after artificial joint replacement , oral invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis decoction of Chinese medicine can significantly improve clinical therapeutic effect , and it is worthy of clinical application.
