中医护理联合逍遥散治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

目的观察逍遥散联合护理干预治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取功能性消化不良肝郁脾虚型60例患者,按照随机数字分为护理组和对照各30例,对照组给予中药逍遥散治疗,护理组给予中医护理加逍遥散联合治疗,两组均治疗4周为1个疗程。结果两组经治疗后,护理组的有效率明显高于对照组,两组总有效率分别护理组为86.67%,对照组为63.33%,两组比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。两组SAS与SDS评分治疗前后护理组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P0.01)。结论中药逍遥散联合中医护理干预治疗功能性消化不良切实有效。

Clinical Observation on TCM Nursing Care combined with Xiaoyao Powder in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with TCM nursing intervention in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 60 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia of liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency type were selected, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Xiaoyao powder.The treatment group received TCM nursing and Xiaoyao powder.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67% which was significantly higher than 63.33% of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS score before and after treatment of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Xiaoyao powder combined with TCM nursing intervention in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is effective.
