Experience of Chief Physician Zhang Yongkang in Using Guipi Decoction by Checking the Tongue

This article aims to summarize clinical experience of Chief Physician Zhang Yongkang in various types of miscellaneous diseases.From clinical thinking and syndrome differentiation method , we found that Chief Physician Zhang Yongkang is good at grasping the main symptoms, and checking the tongue aspects in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases .Chief Physician Zhang Yongkang considered that tongue is acquired , the source of qi and blood , and can reflect systemic blood of the ups and downs .The main symptoms and checking the tongue was combined to treated disease , which had accurate syndrome differentiation .Chief Physician Zhang Yongkang paid attention to spleen when treating disease , and used Guipi decoction to treat various types of miscellaneous diseases , which had good clinical effect .
