穴位按摩配合穴位贴敷治疗胸痹心痛

目的观察循经穴位按摩配合穴位止痛贴贴敷法治疗胸痹心痛病的疗效,探讨该病的综合护理方法。方法我科2014年10月—2015年4月收治的患者中,选120例患者随机分为两组,观察组60例,对照组60例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用循经穴位按摩配合穴位止痛贴贴敷法治疗。2周后观察两组患者疗效,体征、症状改善情况以及心电图、舌象、脉象的变化。结果观察组胸痹症状疗效总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率73.33%。循经穴位按摩配合穴位止痛贴贴敷法在改善胸痹心痛病各项症状如胸痛、胸闷、心悸、气短等方面优于对照组(P0.05)。观察组较对照组舌脉改善较明显,但差异无统计学意义。结论循经穴位按摩配合穴位止痛贴贴敷法治疗胸痹心痛病疗效满意。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupoint Massage combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Thoracic Obstruction and Cardiodynia

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia , and to discuss the comprehensive nursing method for this disease .Methods Within all patients who were hospitalized in my department from October 2014 to April 2015, 120 cases were randomly divided into observation group (60 patients) and control group (60 patients).The control group used the conventional treatments , meanwhile the observation group used acupuncture points message along their channels and collaterals with their analgesic paste sticking method based on the conventional treatments .After two weeks, the changes of their curative effects , physical signs, the improvement of symptoms and Ecg , furred tongues and pulse manifestations were observed .Results The total effective rate of symptoms effects of thoracic obstruction of the observation group and the control group was 91.67% and 73.33%, respectively.The observation group was better than the control group in improving thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia’s symptoms, such as cardiodynia, chest distress and heart-throb (P<0.05).There was no statistical significance (P>0.05) about the furred tongue and pulse manifestations .Conclusions The curative effect of acupuncture points message along their channels and collaterals with their analgesic paste sticking method in treating thoracic obstruction and cardiodynia is satisfied .
