川芎嗪注射液治疗肺动脉高压30例

目的研究川芎嗪针对肺动脉高压患者疾病治疗的效果。方法选择我院收治的处于肺心病急性加重期的肺动脉高压患者30例,使用川芎嗪针对其进行治疗,分别观察其用药前、用药后30min、用药后60min以及用药后1周的肺动脉压以及血压情况。结果所有患者治疗前后血压没有明显变化,而其肺动脉压在治疗后则有明显的降低,前后差异经检验P0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对于肺动脉高压患者,使用川芎嗪针进行治疗能够有效对其肺动脉压进行降低,同时不会对患者的血压造成影响,因此具有广泛使用的价值和意义。

Clinical Experience of Ligustrazine Injection in Treating Pulmonary Hypertension for 30 Cases

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Ligustrazine in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension .Methods 30 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease in our hospital were selected .They used Ligustrazine injection for treatment .Before and after treatment, 30min, 60min and 1W after the treatment, the arterial pressure and blood pressure were observed .Results All patients had no significant changes in blood pressure before and after treatment , and the pulmonary arterial pressure before and after treatment were significantly decreased , and the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion For patients with pulmonary hypertension , the use of Ligustrazine injection can effectively reduce the pulmonary arterial pressure , but would not affect the patient ’ s blood pressure , so it has a wide value and significance .
