“苍龟探穴”结筋点治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的观察苍龟探穴法针刺膝关节周围结筋点对膝骨性关节炎疼痛症状及膝关节功能的改善;观察苍龟探穴法针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的手法操作对临床疗效的影响。方法根据经筋理论,运用不同针刺方法治疗膝骨性关节炎,分别记录两组治疗前后膝关节轻重程度评分、VAS疼痛测定量表评分、Lysholm和Gillquist膝关节评分标准分值。结果苍龟探穴法针刺膝关节周围结筋点对膝骨性关节炎患者临床症状的改善或控制效果明显优于常规针刺法。苍龟探穴针法对患者膝关节疼痛缓解效果、对膝关节功能改善效果明显优于常规针刺法。结论苍龟探穴法针刺膝关节周围结筋点是膝骨性关节炎的有效治疗手段。

Clinical study on“Turtle-probing Needling” at Divergent Meridians Foci in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the improvement of pain and knee function in patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated by the turtle-probing needling at divergent meridians foci around the knee joint, and to observe the clinical effect of the turtle-probing needling method. Methods According to muscle meridian theory, knee osteoarthritis was treated with different acupuncture manipulations.The score of the knee osteoarthritis severity, VAS, Lysholm and Gillquist standard score before and after the treatment were recorded.Results The clinical symptoms of the knee osteoarthritis of the turtle-probing needling at divergent meridians foci around the knee joint was obviously better than that of the conventional acupuncture, including the relieving of the knee pain and the improvement of the knee joint function.Conclusion the turtle-probing needling at divergent meridians foci around the knee joint is an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
