疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死临床研究

目的对比分析疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取我院老年脑梗死患者共180例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各90例。观察组患者联合应用疏血通注射液和依达拉奉进行治疗,对照组仅应用依达拉奉治疗,治疗结束后对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组在临床治疗总有效率方面显著优于对照组(P0.05)具有统计学意义。结论对于老年脑梗死患者联合应用疏血通注射液和依达拉奉治疗,其疗效显著优于单独使用依达拉奉,值得临床应用。

Clinical Study of Shuxuetong Injection combined with Edaravone in the Treatment of Senile Cerebral Infarction

Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction.Methods 180 cases of patients with senile cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects , and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 90 cases in each group .The observation group used Shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone .The control group only applied edaravone .The clinical curative effect of the two groups after treatment was compared . Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and there was statistical significance .Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction was better than that of edaravone , and is worthy of clinical application .
