隔蒜灸配针合谷治疗皮肤单纯疱疹临床观察16例

目的观察隔蒜灸配合针合谷对皮肤单纯疱疹的临床疗效。方法根据临床症状收治16例皮肤单纯疱疹患者,在疱疹局部采用隔蒜灸,同时针双侧合谷穴用泻法,连续治疗至疱疹痊愈。结果疗效标准根据治疗前后症状体征采用4级评分法,根据疗效指数分为痊愈、显效、有效、无效。16例患者中,痊愈者14例,显效1例,有效1例。16例患者中,治疗时间最短者3日治愈者5例,4日治愈者6例,5日治愈者4例,最长者6日治愈1例。14例痊愈患者中,随访半年无复发者。结论隔蒜灸配合针合谷对皮肤单纯疱疹有良好的治疗作用。

Clinical Observation of Garlic Interposed Moxibustion combined with Needling Hegu (LI4) in the Treatment of Dermal Herpes Simplex Virus for 16 Cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of garlic interposed moxibustion combined with needling Hegu (LI4) in the treatment of dermal herpes simplex virus .Methods 16 patients suffered from dermal herpes simplex virus were treated by garlic interposed moxibustion and needling Hegu (LI4).The treatment continued until all symptoms and signs disappeared .Results The therapeutic effect criterion was remarked by 4 levels according to the score of the signs and symptoms before and after the treatment .The 4 levels included recovery at all , excellent recovery , slight recovery and invalid .14 patients recovered , 1 case excellently recovered , 1 case lightly recovered .3 patients of 16 recovered in 3 days, 6 cases recovered in 4 days, 4 cases recovered in 5 days, and 1 case recovered in 6 days.In the next half-year following-up, 14 patients did not suffer from the dermal herpes simplex again .Conclusion Dermal herpes simplex virus could be effectively treated by garlic interposed moxibustion and needling Hegu (LI4).
