清胰汤对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能的影响

目的研究清胰汤对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取我院80例急性胰腺炎患者为对象进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,两组患者均采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用清胰汤,对比两组患者胃肠蠕动及病情恢复时间。结果观察组治疗后胃肠蠕动恢复时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后腹胀缓解时间、体温恢复时间等显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用清胰汤治疗急性胰腺炎可缩短病情恢复时间,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Effect of Qingyi Decoction on Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To study the effect of Qingyi decoction on gastrointestinal function in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 80 cases of acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 40 cases.Two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment.The observation group used Qingyi decoction on the basis of conventional therapy.The stomach and intestines and disease recovery time of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, gastric motility recovery time of the observation group was much less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .After treatment, relieving time of abdominal distension and body temperature recovery time of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Qingyi decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can shorten recovery time, and promote recovery of gastrointestinal function.
