地甘口服液对环磷酰胺致血小板减少大鼠的实验研究

目的 :观察地甘口服液对血小板质量的影响。方法 :Wistar大白鼠 5 0只 ,随机分成空白对照组、造模组、血美安组、地甘口服液小剂量组、地甘口服液大剂量组。除空白组外 ,其他四组大鼠每日腹腔注射环磷酰胺 3 0 m g/kg,连续 3天 ,制成血小板减少模型 ,然后分组进行治疗 ,持续 11天。于造膜后第 2 ,4,6,8天进行血小板计数 ,并同时检测血小板平均体积 ( MPV)、血小板体积变异系数 ( PDW) ,第 8天心脏取血检测血小板内 c AMP,c GMP及血小板聚集功能等。结果 :地甘口服液可使凝血时间缩短 ,使血小板数量增高 ,加强血小板聚集功能 ,大剂量时有降低板内 c GMP作用 ,小剂量时对板内c AMP,c GMP均无影响。结论 :地甘口服液具有促进止血 ,改善血小板质量并加强其功能 ,防止血小板下降和促进血小板数量恢复的功效。

The experimental study of effects about Di-Gan-Oral-Liquid on thrombocytompenia in CTX injured rats

Objective: It is to study the effects of Di Gan Oral Liquid (DGOL) on quantity and quality of thrombocyte. Methods: Fifty wistar rats were divided into control group, model group, Xue Mei An group and DGOL groups (low and high dosage groups). The four groups except control group were injured CTX (30mg·kg -1 ) that continued three days. And then, all rats were treated separatly up to eleven days. On the second, fouth, sixth and eighth day, the thrombocyte were counted, the mean platelet volume (MPV) and PDW were examined. On the eighth day, the cAMP, cGMP in the platelet and platelet aggregation function were also determined. Results: DGOL could shorten the time of blood coagulation,increase the count of platelet, enhance the platelet aggregation function. The experiment also reflected that the high dosage DGOL could decrease cGMP, on the contrary, the low dosage DGOL had no effects on cAMP and cGMP. Conclution: DGOL could enhance blood coagulation and quality of platelet, prevent the decrease of thrombocyte and increase it.
