| 摘 要： | 目的研究金水宝胶囊对慢性肾功能不全的治疗效果。方法对34例慢性肾衰患者采用西药加金水宝胶囊，0．99Tid，并治疗前后监测血压、24h尿蛋白定量、BUN、SCRkBP进行比较。结果全组24h尿蛋白、BUN、SCR、BP治疗后比较效果显著降低p〈0．01；总有效率82．35％。结论金水宝胶囊具有保肝，秘精益气，增加肾血流量，改善氮质血症。是治疗慢性肾衰的有效药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the effectiveness of Jinshuibao capsule in treating chronic renal inadequacy. Methods Thirty-four patients with chronic renal failure received western medicine plus Jinshuibao capsules, 0.99g rid, and then blood pressure, quantitative measurement of 24-h urine protein, blood urea nitrogen, and serum creatinine level were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in total group was 82.35%. Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule, with the action of protecting the liver, nourishing essence and benefiting qi, increasing renal blood flow, and improving the azotemia, proves to be an effective method for treating chronic renal failure. |
