快速康复护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期中的应用效果

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术快速康复护理的临床意义。方法选择腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者74例，分为对照组（常规护理）32例和研究组（快速康复护理）42例。比较两组患者术后肛门恢复排气时间、平均住院时间、术后并发症发生率、膀胱激惹发生率等。结果研究组肛门恢复排气时间、平均住院时间均较对照组缩短，膀胱激惹发生率较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论对腹腔镜下进行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者进行快速康复护理，可缩短住院时间，减少术后不良反应，达到患者快速康复的目的。

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation care in laparoscopic myomecto- my perioperative

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of rapid rehabilitation care in laparoscopic myomectomy perioperative. Methods 74 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy were selecte,they were divided into the control group （usual care） in 32 cases,42 cases of the study group （rapid rehabilitation care）.The postoperative flatus time,the average length of hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications and incidence of bladder irritation were compared. Results The flatus time,the average length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than that of the control group respectively,the incidence of bladder irritation was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences was statistical significance （P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications was not statistically significance between the two groups （p〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients with laparoscopic myomectomy for rapid rehabilitation care,can signifi- cantly improve the quality of care,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
