| 摘 要： | 目的：对半导体激光联合更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹进行临床观察，寻找治疗带状疱疹的最佳方法。方法：对120例患者分别采用半导体激光联合更昔洛韦及单纯阿昔洛韦治疗，并进行临床治疗的观察研究。结果：半导体激光联合更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效明显优于单纯阿昔洛韦治疗P〈0．05。结论：半导体激光联合更昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹，疗效可靠，可以阻止疾病炎性细胞浸润，促进患者早日康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives： To observe the curative effect of diode laser combined with ganeiclovi in the treatment of herpes zoster and to find out a better therapy for herpes zoster. Methods ： One hundred and twenty patients with herpes zoster were treated separately with combined therapy of diode laser and ganciclovi or single therapy of acyclovir, and the curative effects were observed. Results： The curative effect of diode laser instrument combined with ganciclovi was significantly better than that of acyclovir treatment alone （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Diode laser instrument combined with ganciclovi has good treatment effect on herpes zoster. It can prevent inflammatory cell infiltration and help early recovery. |
