百部养肺膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期30例临床观察

目的：观察百部养肺膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组予以百部养肺膏加西医常规治疗;对照组予以西医常规治疗。比较两组治疗前后6月内COPD中度以上AECOPD次数、中医证候积分、圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）评分、安全性指标等。结果：治疗开始后6月期间,治疗组治疗后中医证候总积分、咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难、胸闷症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;SGRQ的症状、影响评分及总分明显改善（P〈0.05）。同时安全指标方面则均未见明显异常。急性发作次数、发作程度两组间无明显差异。结论：百部养肺膏治疗COPD稳定期可减轻患者临床症状,从而提高生活质量,并且安全可靠。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in the Stable Stage with Baibu Yangfei Cream

Objective：To observe the effect and safety of Baibu Yangfei Cream in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in the stable stage.Methods：Patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and control group（30 cases）,the treatment group were treated with Baibu Yangfei Cream and routine Western medicine.while the control group received routine Western medicine.The number of AECOPD,the symptom score,St.George＇s Respiratory Questionnaire （SGRQ） score,safety indicators were compared before and after the treatment within 6 months.Results：During 6 months after the beginning of treatment,total score of syndromes,cough,expectoration,dyspnea,chest tightness symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05,P 0.01） ;SGRQ symptom,impact score and total score were significantly improved （P 0.05）.And there was also no significant abnormality in the security indicators.There was no significant difference between two groups in the number of acute attack and attack level.Conclusion：Baibu Yangfei Cream can better alleviate the symptoms in the treatment of stable COPD,and improve the quality of life,and it is safe and reliable to apply.
