军队医学科研型硕士综合素质评价指标体系的构建与应用

目的：完善研究生监控和评估制度，构建军队医学科研型硕士综合素质评价指标体系。方法：依据国家、军队及我校对科研型硕士研究生培养的相关要求，运用教育评价学、运筹学、统计学等理论和方法，构建评价指标体系，并挑选105名在校科研型硕士研究生，进行实测分析。结果和结论：该指标体系科学实用，可用于考评研究生符合培养目标的程度，为军队医学科研型研究生培养质量的监控、评估和管理更加科学化、具体化、正规化，提供了手段和方法，确保研究生素质全面、平衡地发展，兼顾特长，以顺应现代研究生教育的发展方向。

Establishing and Application of Integrated Quality Evaluation System of Military Medical Study-oriented Master Postgraduate

Objective: Improve supervision and evaluation system of graduate students, establish evaluation index system of integrated qualities of medical Study-oriented Master degree candidate. Methods: According to the requests of Study-oriented Master degree candidate train, offered by the government, the PLA and our university, the author established a set of evaluation index system of integrated qualities of medical Study-oriented Master degree candidate by application of the theories and methods of education evaluation, operational research and statistics, etc,to improve the graduate student supervision and evaluation system. The author chose 105 cases of the Study-oriented graduate students of the Second Military Medical University to proof-test the system. Results and Conclusions: The index system is scientific and practical, and it can be used to judge graduate students' degree of according with training objective, offer effective means and methods to control, elevate and manage the training of the medical research graduate student of the military universities and colleges, and to make it more scientific, concrete and normative, and insure the integrated quality of the graduate student develop completely and in balance, give attention to the individual character too, adapting the new requirements of the modern graduate student education development.
