护理风险管理在血液科患者中的应用效果

目的探讨护理风险管理在血液科患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院血液科2012年1月～2014年1月收治的140例患者作为临床研究对象，将所有患者随机分为风险管理组和对照组，每组各70例。两组患者均进行常规治疗与护理，风险管理组患者则在此基础上加用护理风险管理进行干预。比较两组患者的风险事件发生率、护理满意度。结果风险管理组的风险事件发生率为8．6％，显著低于对照组为50．0％（P〈0．05）；风险管理组的满意率为90．0％，显著高于对照组的58．6％（P〈0．05）。结论护理风险管理能降低护理风险事件发生率，提高患者对护理的满意度，贯穿在患者住院期间，能进一步改善护患关系，值得在今后临床研究工作中推广应用。

Application effect of nursing risk management in patients of department of hematology

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing risk management in patients of department of hematology. Methods 140 patients who had been treated in department of hematology our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the nursing risk management group and the control group and there were 75 cases in each group.Routine treatment and nursing was given to the control group. Nursing risk management was given to the nursing risk management group.The incidence rate of nursing risk event and the nursing satisfaction degree of patients was observed. Results The incidence rate of nursing risk event in the nursing risk management group （8.6%） was obviously higher than that in the control group （50.0%） （P〈0.05）;the satisfaction rate in the nursing risk management group （90.0%） was obviously higher than that in the control group （58.6%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing risk management in patients of department of hematology can decrease the incidence rate of nursing risk event and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.It can also improve the relationship between nurses and patients.It is worthy of promotion and application in future clinical research work.
