整体护理干预在妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者围术期中的应用效果

目的分析整体护理干预在妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选择本院2011年9月～2013年9月收治的70例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者，随机分为研究组（n=35）与对照组（n=35），对照组患者给予常规护理措施，研究组患者在常规护理基础上给予整体护理干预措施，观察和对比两组的临床护理预后效果。结果研究组的总有效率较对照组高，正常分娩率较对照组高，术后并发症发生率较对照组低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论整体护理干预措施应用于妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者围术期，能提高手术治疗效果，提高正常分娩率．减少术后并发症，确保母婴安全。

Application effect of holistic nursing intervention in perioperative patients with pregnancy combined with ovarian cancer

Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in perioperative patients with pregnancy combined with ovarian cancer. Methods 70 cases of patients with pregnancy combined with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into research group（n=35）and control group（n=35）.The control group was given conventional nursing measures, the research group was given nursing intervention measures based on control group.The prognosis effect of two groups was compared and observed. Results The total effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group,the normal labor rate of research group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence rate of complication in research group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention applied in perioperative patients with pregnancy combined with ovarian cancer can improve treatment effect and normal labor rate,reduce complication and ensure the safety of mother and infants.
