围术期针对性护理干预在结肠癌患者护理中的应用效果

目的探讨围术期针对性护理干预在结肠癌患者中的应用效果。方法将2011年3月～2013年3月本院81例行手术治疗的结肠癌患者按不同护理方法随机分为对照组39例和观察组42例，对照组采用本科结肠癌患者常规围术期护理服务，观察组在常规护理基础上，采用围术期针对性护理干预，比较两组的护理效果、SAS评分及护理满意度。结果观察组的手术耐受优良率为85．71％，高于对照组的66．67％（P〈0．05）。观察组的伤口愈合时间及住院时间短于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组干预后SAS评分均低于干预前，观察组干预后的SAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在结肠癌患者中施行围术期护理干预有利于患者术后耐受及早期恢复。

Application effect of perioperative targeted nursing intervention in the nursing care for patients with colon cancer

Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative targeted nursing intervention in the nursing care for patients with colon cancer. Methods 81 cases of patients with colon cancer in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into control group（39 cases）and observation group（42 cases）.Routine nursing intervention was used in control group,perioperative targeted nursing intervention was used in observation group on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect,SAS score and nursing satisfaction of two groups was respectively compared. Resuits The excellent-rate of surgical tolerance in observation group was 85.71% ,higher than that in control group （66.67%）（P〈0.05）.The wound healing time,hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group respectively （P〈0.01）.SAS score in two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention respec- tively,SAS score of observation group after intervention was lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing intervention has a good effect on patients with colon cancer,and it can promote the early rehabilitation.
