急性脑梗死患者sFractalkine血浆浓度动态变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨血浆sFractalkine与急性期脑梗死之间的关系。方法:利用ELISA法测定40例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)第1、3、7、14天血浆sFractalkine含量,同时测定20名健康对照者(对照组)血浆sFractalkine含量,并对血浆sFractalkine含量与脑梗死不同临床分型进行相关分析。结果:脑梗死组4个时相的血浆sFractalkine含量分别为(1191.6±747.5)、(1795.3±1204.7)、(2118.1±1180.3)和(1035.7±461.1)pg/mL,较对照组的(471.4±79.7)pg/mL明显增高(均P〈0.01),脑梗死患者第3天和第7天的sFractalkine较第1天和第14天明显增高(均P〈0.05);重型组脑梗死患者血浆sFractalkine含量较轻、中型患者明显增高,差异有显著性(均P〈0.05);脑梗死患者血浆sFractalkine含量与临床神经功能缺损评分呈正相关r=0.768,P=0.ooo)。结论:血浆sFractalkine含量增高与脑梗死的发生及严重程度密切相关.sFractalkine可能是脑梗死患者病情变化的一种炎性标志物

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To explore the association of plasma sequestered chemokine fractalkine (sFkn) concentration with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The plasma sFkn levels Were detected by ELISA in 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction on days 1,3,7 and 14 and in 20 healthy controls. The association of sFkn levels with different types of cerebral infraction were analyzed. Results The sFkn level in the group with cerebral infarction at different time points was significantly higher than that in the control group (1 191.6 ± 747.5) pg/mL on day 1, (1 795.3 ± 1 204.7)pg/mL on day 3, (2 118.1 ± 1 180.3) pg/mL on day 7, and (1 035.7 ±461.1) pg/mL on day 14 vs (471.4 ±79.7) pg/mL,P 〈 0.01]. It was markedly higher on days 3 and 7 than on day 1 and 14(P 〈 0.05). The sFkn level was evidently higher in the severe type of cerebral infarction than in the mild-to-moderate type (P 〈 0.05) and was positively related with the clinical score on the impaired nerve function (r = 0.768, P = 0.000). Conclusions The increase in plasma level of sFkn is closely correlated to the development of cerebral infarction and its severity, sFkn may be an inflammatory marker in the progression of cerebral infarction
