原发性高血压患者血尿酸与左室肥厚的关系

摘    要:
目的探讨原发性高血压患者血尿酸(UA)水平与左室肥厚的关系。方法选择20lO年1月-2012年1月在我院心内科病房住院患者139例为研究对象.测量血压、身高、体重,采取禁食12h后检测血尿酸及其它生化指标,并行超声心动图测定,计算左室质量指数(LVMI).采用单因素和多因素分析方法,进行UA与LVMI的相关性分析。结果多元回归分析示,患者血尿酸水平(标准偏回归系数=0.247.P〈0,01)及最高收缩压水平(标准偏同归系数=0.305.P〈0.01)与LVMI呈显著正相关。结论高血压患者尿酸水平升高时发生左室肥厚的危险性明显增加。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between uric acid and left ventricular Hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Form January 2010 to January 2012. 139consencutive hospitalized patients with essential hypertension were enrolled into our study. We recorded the clinical data of these patients including blood pressure, height, and weight, and drawn blood samples to measure serum UA,fasting plasma glucose, lipid and so on. 139 patients were enrolled to undergo eehocardiography, left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were calculated, One-way ANOVA and Multivariate logistic analysis was used to analyze the association between uric acid and left ventricular hypertrophy. Results Multiple regression analysis revealed that the LVMI was significantly and independently associated with serum UA(β=0.247, P〈0.01) and Peak systolic pressure(β=0.305, P〈0.01). Conclusion Among these essential hypertensive patients, the risk for the incidence of LVH increased significantly when UA increased.
