急性髓细胞白血病治疗进展

急性髓细胞白血病是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,全球每年约有20万新发病例。近年急性髓细胞白血病的治愈率显著提高,很大程度获益于精心设计的综合治疗,新技术的开发,尤其在分子生物学领域的长足进步,大大帮助了对危险性的评估、治疗方案的选择及疾病的监测。此外,对急性髓细胞白血病发病机理、相关危险因素和预后评估方面的研究也取得了进展。另一方面,中药治疗恶性肿瘤日益受到重视,如用砒霜治疗急性髓细胞白血病的方案已通过美国食品和药品管理局正式批准,为治疗白血病带来了新的希望。现总结急性髓细胞白血病目前的化学治疗、分子靶向治疗、骨髓腔治疗、骨髓移植及免疫治疗等的进展。

Advance in Treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Acute myeloid leukemia(AML) is one of the most common malignant tumors.There are about 200000 new cases of AML around world every year.The advance in comprehensive treatment,new technology,especially in the molecular biological fields over the past decades has improved the overall survival rate,which is helpful to the evaluation of risk,the choice of therapyand the monitoring of diseases.Moreover,the studies on the pathogenesis,related risk factors and prognosis evaluation have made progress.On the other hand,the traditional Chinese medicine for the malignance has been paid more attention.For example,the treatment poject of arsenic for AML has been officially approved by FDA,which brings new hopes to the treatment of leukemia.The advance in chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,marrow cavity therapy,bone marrow transplantation and immunotherapy for AML is summrized.
