| 摘 要： | 目的：调查大学生颈椎亚健康患病现状,并探讨颈椎亚健康患病相关影响因素,为大学生颈椎健康教育提供依据。方法：采取整群抽样的方法,发放统一的调查问卷进行现场调查。结果：调查显示有86.25%的人处于颈椎亚健康状态。结论：大学生颈椎亚健康现普遍存在,其颈型、神经型、椎动脉型及脊髓症状者为主,少数表现为交感神经型。颈部外伤史、枕头高度不良为大学生颈椎亚健康的危险因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate diseasedness current situation of sub-health of cervical vertebra in the college students,and analyse the related factor and to provide evidence for healthy education. Methods：Investigating the unified investigation questionnaire to students with the cluster sampling.Results：There were 86.25% in sub-healthy state of cervical vertebra in the the college students by investigation display. Conclusion：Sub-health status of cervical vertebra in the college student are universal existence in which neck type ,nerve type ,vertebral artery type and spinal cord symptom person are main portion,and autonomic nerves type is minority.Neck trauma history and pillow height of bad could be the risk factor in sub-health status of cervical vertebra in the college student. |
