双氧水声学造影在宫腔粘连诊治上的应用

应用双氧水宫腔声学造影检查了24例人工流产后闭经患者，结果22例为宫腔粘连，确诊率为91.7％。经术后半年内随诊，22例患者月经均恢复正常，有效率为100％。此法操作简便，直观感强，对宫腔粘连既有诊断作用，也有较好的治疗作用。文中介绍了宫腔粘连的声像图表现和声学造影方法。最后讨论了用3％双氧水宫腔声学造影原理、应用价值和宫颈粘连的声像图鉴别诊断。

Study on Diagnosis of Intrasuterine Adhesion by Hydrogen Peroxide Contrast Echohysterography

24 cases of postabortion amenorrhea were diagnosed and treated by hydrogen peroxide contrast echohysterography.22 of them were demonstrated with intrauterine adhesion.The diagnostic accuracy of hydrogen peroxiden contrast echohysterography was 91.7%.Follow-up examination for six months after treatment by this method showed that regular menstruation was restored in all the patients with an effective rate of 100%. The result revealed that hydrogen peroxide contrast echohysterography is helpful not only in the diagnosis,but also in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion.It is simple and convenient.This paper presented the echographic imaging of intrauterine adhesion and hydrogen peroxide contrast echohysterography,and differential diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion from cervical adhesion.The mechanism and evaluation of hydrogen peroxide contrast echohysterography was discussed.
