| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）对声门癌患者喉前淋巴结微转移的检测及临床意义。方法：对26例声门癌患者的喉前淋巴结采用RT—PCR技术进行细胞角蛋白19（CK19）mRNA检测并与常规病理方法（苏木精-伊红染色）进行比较。结果：26例声门癌患者，喉前淋巴结cK19mRNA阳性表达8例，检出率为30．77％，常规病理检查均未发现癌转移，检出率为0，两种检测方法比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。Ⅰ期8例中均未发现微转移，Ⅱ～ⅣA期18例中微转移8例（44．44％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：RT—PCR检测声门癌喉前淋巴结微转移较常规病理方法更为敏感，研究喉前淋巴结微转移有助于为声门癌的临床治疗提供依据。
