针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎临床体会

目的:总结针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床经验,探讨影响针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效的因素.方法:从针灸的适应证、经络及穴位选择、刺灸方法选择、发病的时间规律、治标与治本、得气、针药结合、治疗的持续时间和频率以及疗效评价等方面总结影响疗效的因素.结论:慢性胆囊炎的针灸治疗充分体现了针灸疗法的特点和复杂性,只有具体分析病人的实际情况,采取有针对性的针灸治疗才能收到好的疗效.

Clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of chronic cholecystitis

Objective To sum up clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of chronic cholecystitis and study on the factors of influencing the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treating chro nic cholecystitis. Methods The factors of influencing the therapeutic effect were summarized from the indications of acupuncture and moxibustion, meridians, acupoint selection, selection of needling and moxibustion methods, time law of attack, treating the principal aspects and the secondary aspects of a disease, arrival of qi, combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine, lasting time and frequency of treatment, assessment of therapeutic effects, and so on. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic cholecystitis fully reflects the characteristics and complex nature of the acup-moxibustion therapy. Only when concretely analyze practical condition of the patient and adopt acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, can good therapeutic effect be achieved.
