| 胃粘膜分泌维生素C的初步研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 为了研究胃粘膜分泌维生素Ｃ的情况，对１０例胃粘膜正常的人进行了研究。所有被研究者在禁食标饮１０小时后，先观察空腹基础状态下胃液中维生素Ｃ浓度及胃粘膜的维生素Ｃ分泌，然后静脉注射维生素Ｃ，再观察给药后不同时间胃液中维生素Ｃ浓度的变化。结果空腹基础状态下胃液中维生素Ｃ浓度明显高于血中维生素Ｃ浓度，静脉注射维生素Ｃ后，胃液中维生素Ｃ浓度逐渐增高，提示胃粘膜有分泌维生素Ｃ的能力。胃粘膜的维生素Ｃ分泌量平均 |

| Abstract: | ThE ascorbic acid secretionof gastric mucosa was assessed in 10patients with normal gastric mucosa shown by endoscopic and histological examination. After 10 hour ovemight fasting, gastric juice was collectedcontinuously ofr one hour and the ascorbic acid content detected.Then all patients were given ascorbic acid 2.0g intravenously andthe ascorbic acid content in teh gastric juice was detected again, Theresults showed that:(1) fasting gastric juiceascorbic acid concentrations 0were markedly higher than those in plasma(P<0.0001)(2)after giving ascorbic acid intravenously, gastric juice ascorbic acidconcentration gradually increased(P<0.001) These results indicated that the gastric mucosa can actively secret ascorbic acid into the gastric lumen. The quantity of gastric ascorbic acid secretion averaged1.68mg/h |
