软骨样汗管瘤1例

患者男,44岁。上唇左侧无痛性肿物6月。上唇左侧唇红缘上方0.2cm处见一圆形皮下结节,微红,约1.0cm×1.0cm,中等硬度,无压痛。组织病理示真皮及皮下组织可见肿瘤细胞组成的团块、细胞巢或细胞索,并见囊性空腔,内衬复层上皮细胞或单层上皮细胞,腔内含嗜酸性无定形物质,间质呈纤维化或黏液样变,诊断软骨样汗管瘤。

A case of Chondroid Syringoma

We present a 44-year-old man with a painless mass in the left upper lip during the past six months. Physical examination showed tumor in the left upper lip 0.2cm above the edge of Vermilion,the surface of the skin was slightly red,about the size of tumor 1.0cm × 1.0cm small,circular,the texture of medium hardness,no tenderness. Histological examination revealed the bolus,nest and cord structures consisted by tumor cells in dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Cystic cavity,within above structures,lined with stratified or monolayer epithelial cell,contains amorphous eosinophilic material and stroma showed fibrosis or myxoid change. Based on histopathological findings,a diagnosis of CS was made.
