急性脑梗死患者血糖水平与临床关系的研究

目的　探讨急性脑梗死患者血糖水平与临床的关系。方法　根据患者入院时的空腹血糖水平随机分为正常血糖组、高血糖 Ａ 组和高血糖 Ｂ 组，在治疗前、治疗后的第７ 天和第１４ 天，对神经系统缺损进行评分，并观察血糖、年龄、既往病史积分、并发病积分和临床的关系。结果　急性脑梗死患者的血糖水平越高，其并发病和神经系统缺损评分也越高，其临床疗效也越差。结论　高血糖增加急性脑梗死神经系统损伤和并发病，降糖疗法可能会有力地加强急性脑梗死的临床疗效，而积极预防和治疗高血糖是预防脑梗死的有力措施之一。

A study of the relationship between the level of blood glucose and the clinical in acute cerebral infarction patients

Objective The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between the level of blood glucose and the clinical in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods The all patients were randomly divided into 3 groups by the blood glucose on empty stomach in hospital on first day:the normal blood glucose group,the A group of high blood glucose,the B group of high blood glucose.The scores of nervous system defect were evaluated before treatment,on seventh day,fourteenth day after treatment,and study the relationship between the blood glucose,age,the scores of complication and clinical.Results The higher level of blood glucose with acute cerebral infraction patients,the higher scores of complication,nervout system defect,the less effect of chinical.Conclusion The therapy of antiglucose may enhance the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction,the measure of taking positive precaution against diabetes and treating it was one of effective methods in prevening acute cerebral infarction. [
