| 摘 要： | 用HRP逆行传递法,观察20只大白鼠伏隔核传入纤维的起源.结果:标记神经元主要出现在同侧海马CA_1区和CA_3区、杏仁复合体、带旁核、丘脑室旁核、丘脑背内侧核、连结核、黑质密带、被盖腹侧区、脚间核.此外,在同侧丘脑胶状核、菱形核、丘脑前内侧核、丘脑前腹核及中缝背核也有少量标记神经元.

| Abstract: | The origin of afferent fibres of the nucleus accumbens were examined in 20 rats with the retrograde HRP method.Labeled cells were found mainly in the ipsilateral CA_1 & CA_3 areas of the hippocampus, amygdala, nucleus parataenialis, nucleus paraventricularis.nu-cleus dorsomedialis thalami, nucleus reuniens, zona compacta of substantia nigra, ventral tegmental area and nucleus interpeduneularis.In addition, a few labeled cells were present in the ipsilateral nucleus gelatinosus thalami, nucleus anteromedialis thalami, nucleus anteroventralis thalami and dorsal raphe nucleus. |
