产青霉素酶淋病奈瑟菌重复序列PCR分型研究

摘    要:
目的研究某地区产青霉素酶淋病奈瑟菌(penicillinase-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae,PPNG)的基因型特征。方法利用重复序列引物建立重复序列聚合酶链反应(PCR)分型方法,并用此方法对12株PPNG进行基因分型。结果重复序列PCR是一种简便、快速、可靠和分辨率高的基因分型方法,12株PPNG共分为6种基因型,其中A型6株(占50%),F型2株,B、C、D、E型各1株。结论该地区PPNG主要流行株基因型为A型。通过重复序列PCR分型研究,可了解PPNG的基因型流行特征,为调查和控制其传播途径及传染源提供分子流行病学依据。

Abstract:
Objective To study the genotypes of penicillinase-producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG) isolated from an area.Methods By using the repetitive sequence based primer(rep),rep-PCR was established to analyze the genotypes of 12 strains of PPNG.Results Rep-PCR is a simple,rapid,reliable genotyping method with high distinguishable ability.All of 12 strains of PPNG produced rep-PCR fingerprints,which were classified into 6 genotypes,6 strains(50%) of which were type A,2 were type F and 1 was type B,C,D and E respectively.Conclusion Rep-PCR results revealed the main genotype of PPNG epidemic strains in the area was type A,and this study can provide molecular epidemiological evidence for the investigation and control of the transmission route and source of PPNG infection.
