| 摘 要： | 本文运用政府管制理论,对我国药品产业的管制制度及其演进进行了较为详细的介绍.围绕保障人体用药安全有效,促进药品产业健康发展的管制目标,针对中国药品产业管制存在的问题,提出了要进一步放松对药品产业的经济性管制,强化药品质量安全等社会性管制的对策.

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the controlling system and the evolution of China pharmaceutical industry in detail based on government controlling theory. Problems existing in the controlling system are pointed out, countermeasures for strengthening drug quality and safety are offered. It is suggested that loosening economic control and strengthening the social regulation to ensure safe drug application and promote health development of pharmaceutical industry. |
