微型腹腔镜一孔法治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝

目的：探讨改良一孔法微型腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的应用价值。方法：采用特制穿刺针腹腔镜下一孔法手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝52例，其中右侧25例，左侧15例，双侧12例。术前诊断单侧斜疝中有9例存在对侧隐性疝，均在腹腔镜下行内环口高位缝扎术。结果：手术时间单侧疝平均15min，双侧疝25min。术后平均2天出院。皮肤小戳口用皮肤胶粘合。16例有阴囊积气、腹膜外小血肿，1例复发，无其他严重并发症。结论：一孔法微型腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊内环口高位缝扎术安全可靠、创伤小、美观且操作简便，值得临床推广应用。

One Port Minilaparoscopic Operation to Treat the Indirect Inguinal Hernia in Children

Objective:To explore the value of modified one port minilaparoscopic operation for indirect inguinal hernia in children.Methods:Fifty-two children with indirect inguinal hernia (right:25 cases,left:15 cases,bilateral:12 cases) were treated by one port minilaparoscopic surgery with special made needle.Among those with unilaterall hernia,contralateral latent hernia was found in 9 children.All the patients underwent high ligation of internal annulus under laparoscope.Results:The mean of operative time was 15 mins in unilateral hernia and 25 mins in bilateral hernia.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 2 days.The small cut was sticked with glue.16 cases were laid up gas in scrotum or blood masses in peritoneum.1 recurrence case was found.No other serious complications occurred.Conclusions:One port minilaparoscopic high ligation of internal annulus is safe,effective,minimally invasive and simple.It should be generalized.
