超声波导入疤痕软膏治疗瘢痕瘙痒的疗效观察

目的 对比观察超声波导入疤痕软膏、疤痕软膏配合手法按摩及单独使用超声波治疗仪治疗瘢痕瘙痒的疗效.方法 将109例烧伤后瘢痕增生伴瘙痒患者分为A、B、C 三组,A组患者采用超声波导入疤痕软膏治疗;B组患者采用疤痕软膏配合手法按摩治疗；C组患者单独采用超声波治疗仪治疗,60 d后观察各组治疗效果.结果 疤痕软膏联合超声波导入治疗烧伤创面愈后瘢痕瘙痒,疗效优于疤痕软膏配合手法按摩及超声波治疗仪的单独使用,对创面的止痒效果更佳.结论 超声波导入疤痕软膏能够缓解烧伤创面瘢痕愈合后的瘙痒症状,值得临床推广应用.

Observation of Curative Effect of Treating Itching in Burn Scars with Scar Ointment Introduced by Ultrasonic Wave

Objective To observe and compare the efficacies of treating itching in burn scars with scar ointment introduced by ultrasonic wave, with scar ointment and technique massage, and with ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus solely. Methods 109 patients with postburn hyperplastic scar and itching were divided into group A, B and C. Patients in group A were treated with scar ointment introduced by ultrasonic wave; patients in group B were treated with scar ointment and technique massage; patients in group C were treated with ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus. Efficacy of the three groups were observed 60 days later. Results Efficacy of group A is better than that of group B and group C, with better itch relieving effect on wound. Conclusion The method of scar ointment introduced by ultrasonic wave alleviates itching in burn scars, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
