胆管支气管瘘治疗进展

目的胆管支气管瘘临床少见,多见于肝包虫病、阿米巴肝脓肿、胆石症、肝叶切除术后。本文结合相关文献,介绍胆管支气管瘘的诊断和治疗进展。方法复习有关文献,结合我们临床实践,介绍胆管气管瘘的病因,病理过程,诊断方法,介入治疗、手术治疗及麻醉注意事项。结果通过综合治疗,本病均能治愈。结论治愈本病的关键——去除原发病灶、通畅引流。

The Advancement in Treatment of Bronchobiliary Fistula

Objective Bronchobiliary f istula is a rare condition. It may present as a complication of echinococcal, amebic liver disease ,cholelithiasis, hepatic lobectomy and so on..in this paper we combine related literatures to introduce the advancement in treatment of bronchobiliary fi stula. Methods Combining the review of related literatures with our clinical practice to introduce the etiology , pathological process , diagnostic Methods, Intrawentional treatment and surgical treatment of bronchobiliary fistula; matters of anesthesia in operation. Results This disease will all be healed by integrated treatment. Conclusion The key of heal this disease is removing primary lesion in liver and draining unobstructed.
