渭良伤科油预防压疮的效果观察

目的探讨中药制剂渭良伤科油预防压疮的效果。方法应用随机单盲法将148例压疮高危患者分为渭良伤科油组和红花酒精组,分别给予渭良伤科油和红花酒精按摩、外涂,翻身1次/4 h,密切观察皮肤受压情况1次/h。若受压部位出现可逆反应性充血,则马上予以翻身减压。结果两组压疮发生高危部位未有院内压疮发生,预防效果差异具有统计学意义,渭良伤科油组较红花酒精组的药效好。使用渭良伤科油可以延长翻身时间至1次/4 h,且患者无主诉不适。结论渭良伤科油预防压疮有效、方便,无不良反应,尤其适用于老年患者。

Effect Observation of Weiliang Trauma Ointment on Pressure Ulcer Prevention

Objective To explore the effect of Weiliang Trauma Ointment on pressure ulcer prevention.Methods 148 patients with serious pressure ulcer were divided into Weiliang Trauma Ointment group and Safflower Alcohol group randomly.Patients in two groups were treated with Weiliang Trauma Ointment and Safflower Alcohol respectively and they turned around on the bed 1 time every four hours.The pressure condition of their skins was observed closely and if engorgement was found,they turned around in order to reduce the pressure.Results No pressure ulcer was found on high-risky part of their bodies in both groups and the effect of prevention had statistical significance.Weiliang Trauma Ointment had better curative effect than Safflower Alcohol,which could prolong the time of turning around to 1 time every four hours and there was no main complains about comfort by patients.Conclusion Weiliang Trauma Ointment is effective and convenient in preventing pressure ulcer and it had no adverse reaction,which is suitable for elderly patients especially.
