茶多酚和抗坏血酸对染石英粉尘大鼠血抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:探讨联合应用茶多酚、抗坏血酸对石英染尘大鼠血液中抗氧化酶一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)活性的影响。大鼠染尘后 ,血液中NOS活性明显上升 ,SOD、GSH -PX活性却呈显著下降。应用茶多酚、抗坏血酸干预 30天后 ,血液中NOS活性显著下降 ,而SOD、GSH-PX活性明显上升。结论认为应用茶多酚和抗坏血酸可以提高石英染尘大鼠体内抗氧化酶活性。

Abstract:To explore the effect of tea polyphneols (TP) combined with ascorbic acid on the activity of antioxidant enzymes of rats induced by silica, the activities of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined. Compared with the normal saline control group, the activities of SOD and NOS of the silica-induced group increased ( P <0.05), but the activity of GSH-PX was gradually decreased. The activities of SOD and NOS decreased and GSH-PX increased in the intervention group. It is concluded that TP combined with ascorbic acid can alleviate the abnormal change of antioxidant enzymes in rats induced by silica
