| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针刺激阳白、太阳穴的肌肉收缩情况进行分型，探讨周围性面瘫的预后及治疗的临床疗效。方法：90例该病患者，按分型方法，一般型63例，顽固型27例，2组均采用电针治疗，而顽固型在常规电针基础上，加取足三里，面部配合TDP照射，火罐疗法。结果：2组总有效率分别为100％和77．78％，2组疗效、疗程与预测结果相符合。结论：电针穴位可预测该病的预后，根据分型不同，及时调整治疗方案，可明显提高痊愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Establish a classification of PFP on observation of muscle contraction by electric acupuncture Yangbai and Taiyang points and to discuss PFP's prognosis and clinical effect.Methods:90 cases were divided into two groups:63 cases belong to general group and 27 cases belong to intractable group.Both were treated by electric-acupuncture,while the latter ones received further treatment of acupuncture Zusanli point,facial top exposure and cupping glass therapy.Results:The total efficiency is 77.78% and 100%,matching our expected outcomes including curative effect and course.Conclusion:The acupuncture points can predict prognosis of PFP.According to different classification and promptly therapy adjustmen,its cure rate was significantly increased |
