妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症128例临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床特点和临床治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析2008年6月～2010年6月本院收治的64例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者（观察组）的临床资料,总结妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床特点和妊娠结局,并以同期采用单纯西医治疗的64例患者为对照组,两组进行比较。结果：观察组64例患者终止妊娠的时的孕龄为（37.91±2.14）周,对照组为（35.10±2.27）周,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者阴道分娩率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组新生儿状况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合综合治疗措施可有效改善妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积患者的总体状况,改善妊娠结局。

Clinical analysis of gestational intrahepatic cholestasis disease on 128 cases

Objective：To explore clinical characteristics and clinical treatment of gestational intrahepatic cholestasis disease.Methods：To analyze the clinical data of 64 cases of gestational intrahepatic cholestasis disease（observation group）retrospectively from June 2008 to June 2010 in our hospital.To summarize the clinical characteristics and the pregnancy outcome,and 64 patients in the same period using simple western medicine therapy as control group,two goups compared.Results：The observation group 64 cases of patients with the termination of pregnancy for gestational age（37.91 ±2.14） weeks,In the control group was（35.10±2.27） weeks,differences between the two group were statistically significant（P0.05）,and the rate of vaginal childbirth in observation group was higher than control group（P0.05）,The neonatal condition of observation group was obviously better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive treatment measures of traditional Chinese combine with western medicine can effectively improve overall situation of patients with gestational intrahepatic cholestasis disease,improve the pregnancy outcome.
