胆系恶性肿瘤组织中Bax蛋白和Fas抗原的表达及意义

摘    要:探讨Bax蛋白和Fas抗原表达与胆系癌临床病理特征和生物学行为的关系及意义。方法应用ABC免疫组化法研究胆系癌组织中Bax蛋白和Fas抗原表达及其特征。结果胆囊癌和胆管癌Bax蛋白阳性率分别为55%和50%,Fas抗原阳性率分别为60%和61.9%;低分化或未分化及伴转移的胆系癌Bax蛋白和Fas抗原阳性率明显高于高分化和未转移胆系癌。结论Bax蛋白和Fas抗原表达与胆系癌临床病理特征及生物学行为有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation among the expressions of Bas oncoprotein and Fasantigen and the clinical pathological characteristics and biological behaviors of gallbladder carcinoma andcholangiocarcinoma. Method The expression characteristics of Bax oncoprotein and Fas antigen in cancer tissue were studied by avidin-biotin complex immunohistochemistry. Result The positive rate of Bax oncoprotein was 55. 0% and 50. 0% and that of Fax antigen was 60.0% and 61.9% in gallbladder carcinoma andcholangiocarcinoma, respectively. The positive rate of Bax oncoprotein and Fas antigen were significantlyhigher in the cases of poorly or un-differentiated cholangiocarcinoma with metastasis than that in the ones ofwell-differentiaed cholangiocarcinoma without metastasis. Conclusion The expression of Bax oncoprotein andFas antigen might be related to the clinical pathological characteristics and biological behaviors of gallbladdercarcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma.
