| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿的诊断和治疗.方法：对63例胰腺假性囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：非手术治疗15例,其中6例在B超引导下行囊肿穿刺抽液.手术治疗48例,囊肿胃吻合术5例,囊肿空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术37例.囊肿单纯切除术5例,囊肿及胰尾脾切除术1例.结论：胰腺假性囊肿可出现多种并发症,且需与多种囊性病变相鉴别,诊断及治疗尚有一定困难.囊肿空肠Roux-en-y吻合术仍不失为一种简单易行而疗效可靠的方法,影像学检查有助于设计合理的治疗计划.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effective diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst after pancreatitis.Methods:The clinical data of 63 patients with PPC after pancreatitis were retrospectively analysised.Results: The diagnosis was made according to history,symptoms,signs,B ultrasound,CT,and ERCP.Multiple and solitary cysts were 3 and 60 cases respectively.The treatment consisted of percutaneous prmcture catheter drainage,6 cases,cystojejunostorny to Reux-en-y jejunal limb 37 case,cystogastomy 5 case,and excisional treatment 6 case.The results showed that Reux-en-y jelunal limb was effective.The long term curative rate was 100%.Conclusion:The cystojejunostomy to Reux-en-y jejunal limb is a simple,reliable and efective method.The treatment of PPC is various and should be lied on the careful clinical evaluation. |
