小蓟饮子汤联合西医治疗肾炎性血尿对照研究

目的]观察小蓟饮子汤联合西医治疗肾炎性血尿疗效。方法]选择我院2009年1月至2012年1月收治肾炎性血尿患者共40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用西医治疗法,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上增加小蓟饮子汤治疗,治疗4个疗程进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组患者临床效果明显优于对照组,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]小蓟饮子汤对肾炎性血尿具有良好的临床效果,既能止血化瘀、清热凉血,又可增强患者免疫功能,使患者的生活质量得到改善,减少西药的副作用,减轻肾脏由于缺血所引起的损伤,值得推广。

Xiaojiyinzi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Nephritis Hematuria Case-control Study

Objective] To analyze the clinical role of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of nephritis hematuria.Methods] Choose our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 a total of 40 cases treated patients with nephritis hematuria,were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group and the control group,20 patients in each group.Western medicine treatment control group,the observation group in Western medicine treatment based on increased Chinese medicine dialectical therapy,and to compare the clinical data of the two groups of patients.Results] The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05) difference.Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of nephritis hematuria with good clinical results,both hemostatic circulation,Qingreliangxue,but also enhance the immune function in patients to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the side effects of western medicine,alleviating renal ischemia caused injury,worthy of promotion.
