浅谈将比较影像学的理念引入影像诊断学教学中的必要性

比较影像学是根据对照比较的指导思想和方法去研究和探索各种成像技术的要素和基本原理,分析其在疾病诊断中的作用和限度,评价各种成像技术的优劣,并确定某种组织和器官和（或）某种疾病的最佳影像检查方案,期望以最小的合理花费,达到准确、快速诊治疾病。比较影像学的目的,一是为了更准确地诊断和鉴别疾病,二是为了更合理地选择影像检查方法。而影像诊断学教学的目的在于让医学生了解各种影像检查方法的原理,掌握常见疾病的影像学表现,以及在临床工作中如何正确选择影像学检查方法,因此就有必要将比较影像学的理念引入影像诊断学教学中。

Discussing the Necessarity of Introducing Comparative Imageology Concepts in the Imaging Diagnosis Teaching

Comparative imageology is compared the images according to its guiding ideology and method to research and explore various imaging techniques and the basic principle of elements,analyzes their role and limits in the diagnosis of disease,evaluates advantage and disadvantage of various imaging techniques,and determines in certain tissues and organs and（or） some diseases,which is the best imaging technology with the minimum cost rational expectations,diagnosis and treatment of diseases rapidly and accurately.One purpose of comparative imageology is for more accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases,the other purpose is for more reasonable selection of imaging methods.And imaging diagnosis teaching purpose is to let students understand all kinds of medical imaging method,the principle of common diseases,and imaging findings of clinical work on how to choose the right method,thus it is necessary to bring the concepts of comparative imageology in the imaging diagnosis teaching.
