| 摘 要： | 目的：总结杨国红教授以辛开苦降法治疗胃痞的经验。方法：通过跟师学习，整理杨国红教授运用辛开苦降法治疗胃痞的医论、医案，以示其验。结果：杨国红教授取法《伤寒论》之辛开苦降，通过辨证，灵活运用于临床胃痞的治疗。结论：杨教授运用辛开苦降法治疗胃痞有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the experience of Prof. YANG Guo-hong to treat Weipi by the Xinkai Kujiang therapy. Methods： By learning with the teacher, medical topics and consilia ofProf YANG were summarized, its effects were showed. Results： The Xinkai Kujiang therapy, which comes from Shanghan lun, was used to treat Weipi flexibility. Conclusion： Prof. YANG treating Weipi by the Xinkai Kujiang therapy showed better clinical effects. |
