消白方干预慢性肾炎尿蛋白临床疗效观察

目的：观察消白方治疗慢性肾炎尿蛋白的临床疗效。方法：80例慢性肾炎患者随机分为消白方组（40例）和氯沙坦钾组（40例），治疗6个月后，观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、24h尿蛋白定量指标的变化情况。结果：消白方组临床疗效总显效率为52.63%，总有效率为81.58%，氯沙坦钾对照组临床疗效总显效率为22.85%，总有效率为74.29%，两组临床疗效比较有显著性型意义（P〈0.05）。两组均能降低患者24h尿蛋白定量，消白方组优于氯沙坦钾组，两组之间比较有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：消白方是治疗慢性肾炎尿蛋白的有效方剂。

Clinical observation on treating chronic nephritis proteinuria with the Xiaobai recipe

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Xiaobai recipe on chronic nephritis proteinuria. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group was given the Xiaobai recipe, and another was given Losartan potassium. Results： In 6 months, the markedly effective rate and total efficacy in the Xiaobai recipe group were 52.63% and 81.58%; those were 22.85% and 74.29% in the Losartan potassium group, and the Xiaobai recipe group was obviously better, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Xiaobai recipe was good at treating chronic nephritis proteinuria.
