针灸联合吞咽康复训练在中风后吞咽障碍中的效果分析

目的：探讨针刺联合康复训练在中风后吞咽障碍中的临床效果。方法：以我院2011年1月-2014年1月36例中风合并吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为两组,对照组（16例）予以吞咽康复训练治疗,观察组（20例）在此基础上结合针灸疗法治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率68.75%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（x2=4.41,P=0.036）,对照组训练后出现轻微恶心呕吐1例,观察组无不良反应。结论：针灸联合吞咽康复训练治疗中风后吞咽障碍的疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

An analysis of treating dysphagia after stroke by acupuncture plus rehabilitation training

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on dysphagia after stroke. Methods： 36 patients were randomly divided into control group, given rehabilitation training, and observation group, given acupuncture more. Results： The total efficacy in the observation group was 95.00%, higher than 68.75% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （x^2=4.41, P=0.036）; there was l case with mild nausea and vomiting in the control group, and no adverse reactions in the observation. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training has good effects on dysphagia after stroke, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
