| 摘 要： | 目的：观察分析大承气汤合桃红四物汤辨证治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折后便秘的临床疗效。方法：120例患者服用大承气汤合桃红四物汤并观察其临床疗效。结果：经过治疗,120例患者中,显效48例,占40.0%,有效64例,占53.3%,无效8例,占6.7%,有效率达93.3%。结论：大承气汤合桃红四物汤辨证治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折后便秘的临床疗效肯定。

Clinical observation on treating 120 cases of constipation from thoracolumbar compression fracture with the Da Chengqi decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe and analyze clinical effects of the the Da Chengqi decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction on constipation from thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods： 120 patients were given the Da Chengqi decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction and clinical effects were observed. Results： After treatment, in 120 patients, 48 cases （40.0%） were markedly effective, 64 cases （53.3%） were improved, 8 cases （6.7%） were invalid, and the total efficiency was 93.3%. Conclusion： Clinical effects of the Da Chengqi decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction were confirmed. |
