| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟中药汤剂治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将40例纳入患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组20例，对照组予以常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟中药汤剂，疗效结束后行疗效比较。结果：治疗组在临床疗效方面明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：自拟中药汤剂治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on community-acquired pneumonia. Methods： 40 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 20 cases for each. The control group was given western medicine, while the treatment group was given TCM medicine more. Results： Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of TCM medicine decoction was confirmed and significant. |
