冯志海教授经验方治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮的临床疗效观察

目的：观察冯志海教授经验方联合复方维A酸凝胶治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：从2013年2月-2014年2月来我科就诊的门诊病人中选取符合标准的病例120例，将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组60例，内服冯志海教授经验方基础上联合外用复方维A酸凝胶，对照组60例外用复方维A酸凝胶，连续治疗6周后观察疗效。结果：治疗后两组患者痤疮均有好转，治疗组总有效率为90.2%，对照组总有效率为58.3%，经x2检验，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：冯志海教授经验方联合复方维A酸凝胶治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating Feiwei Yunre style of acne with empirical recipe by Prof. FENG Zhi-hai

Objective：To observe clinical effects of empirical recipe by Prof. FENG Zhi-hai plus compound Vitamin A acid gel on Feiwei Yunre style of acne. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases for each. The observation group was given empirical recipe of Prof. FENG Zhi-hai plus compound Vitamin A acid gel;while the control group was only given compound Vitamin A acid gel. Results：The total efficiency （90.2%） in the observation group was significantly better than that （58.3%） in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The efficacy of empirical recipe by Prof. FENG Zhi-hai plus compound Vitamin A acid gel on Feiwei Yunre style of acne was significant and confirmed.
