中西医治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效分析

目的：观察中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效，总结其临床价值。方法：选取我院自2009年1月-2012年12月收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛病患120例，随机将其分为治疗组和对照组，各60例，对照组口服西药尼美舒利、肌肉注射维生素B1，维生素B12治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上以血府逐瘀汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，并与对照组治疗进行对比，2周为1个疗程，两组均连续治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评估。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．6％，对照组为81．7％，两组比较，有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效明显，值得推广应用。

A clinical analysis of treating postherpetic neuralgia caused by herpes zoster in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects and summarize its clinical value of the integrative medicine on posthelpetic neuralgia. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 60 cases for each. The control group was given Nimesulide and intramuscular injection of vitamin B1, vitamin B12; while the treatment group was given the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. With 2 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （96.6%） was significantly better than that （81.7%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficiency of the integrative medicine was confirmed, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
